This is a position for someone who enjoys being trusted to lead. You'll manage your own portfolio of projects, advise clients directly and work closely with senior leadership on planning strategies that help unlock development opportunities and overcome complex planning challenges.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Leading planning applications from inception through to determination
  • Preparing planning strategies, appraisals and supporting reports
  • Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
  • Supporting planning appeals and representations
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their development
  • Identifying opportunities to add value for clients and projects

What We're Looking For:

  • MRTPI qualified
  • Strong planning consultancy and/or private sector experience
  • Proven experience managing planning applications and client relationships
  • Excellent report writing, communication and presentation skills
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem solving
