Elliot Thomas Consulting are exclusively partnered with a nationally recognised AJ100 architectural practice seeking to appoint a Project Architect, with a clear pathway toward Senior Architect level within the next 18 months. The practice is continuing to strengthen its presence in the Manchester market and currently operates with a well-established team of 10, consisting of Architects, Architectural Technologists, and Architectural Assistants. With ambitious growth plans already underway, this appointment will play a key role in the next phase of the office’s development.
As a Project Architect, you will take lead across all RIBA stages. Initially, the workload will focus on Education and Residential schemes, with the opportunity to broaden your sector exposure over time across both private and public sector projects. The role requires strong technical capability, with some proven experience delivering projects through to completion. You will have full support from a vastly experienced Director. Excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills are essential.
The salary on offer is in the region of £38,000–£45,000, alongside a competitive benefits package including:
