There’s a point in many careers where it’s valuable to experience a larger, multi-disciplinary organisation, just to understand the scale, structure, and opportunities they can offer. In some cases, that can mean becoming a small part of a very large machine, with limited visibility or slow career progression. That’s not the case here. This opportunity sits within a growing Manchester office that forms part of a wider, well-supported global organisation, while still retaining the feel and agility of a small-to-medium architectural studio. You’ll benefit from both worlds: the resources and stability of a larger business, and the culture and impact of a close-knit team.

As an Architectural Technologist, you’ll work across all RIBA stages, supported by a highly experienced Senior Architectural Technologist and an Architectural Director whose project portfolio is genuinely impressive. This is a Revit-focused role, so strong proficiency in Revit and solid BIM knowledge are advantageous. All applications require a degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent and ideally CIAT registered.

The client is offering a salary in the region of £35,000–£40,000, along with a strong benefits package including:

  • 25 days annual leave
  • Private healthcare
  • Salary sacrifice schemes
  • Performance-related bonus
  • Sabbatical leave option
  • Mental health support
  • Hybrid and flexible working arrangements
  • Full MCIAT support
