We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a residential children’s home in Stratford, East London (E15). About the Role – Children’s Home Manager (London)
- Lead the day-to-day running of a children’s residential care home
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing care team
- Create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment
- Support young people with learning disabilities and complex needs
- Drive continuous improvement and work towards Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
Key Requirements
- Level 3 or Level 4 in Residential Childcare (essential)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards)
- Experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s home
- Experience with Ofsted inspections and compliance
- Strong leadership, safeguarding, and team management skills
- Full UK driving licence
