Elliot Thomas Consulting is partnering with a leading Interior Design studio specialising in high-end commercial hospitality projects across London and the wider UK. They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of multiple exciting schemes spanning hotels, restaurants, and bars.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from an architecture, main contractor, or interior design background who has strong project delivery experience and is confident managing complex stakeholder environments. Our client is open-minded on background, provided you can demonstrate the right blend of technical, commercial, and leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from pre-start and design development through to site delivery and handover
- Coordinate internal design teams, commercial functions, and external site delivery teams
- Manage programme schedules, budgets, and overall project performance
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure smooth on-site operations
- Maintain strict compliance with health & safety regulations and project governance standards
- Drive high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent projects
- Competitive salary of £50,000 – £60,000, dependent on experience
