The position: A new position has opened up for a person who is keen to bolster their career and move forward as a Junior Accounts Assistant. You will be working within a team of 5 people. This is an opportunity to harness your skills in this accounting practice. With this practice, you will be able to learn and grow within the industry. You will be working with Xero and various other accounting software, dealing with an eclectic range of clients from small freelance businesses to corporations.
For this Junior Accounts Assistant position, you will need to be at least at a good standard of AAT Level 2, proficiency in Excel, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to work effectively within a team. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential. If you know Xero, this would be a bonus. Experience in completing bank reconciliations and experience with VAT is also required.
