Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated, articulate and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join the growing support team. This role is ideal if you’re experienced in IT support, or at the start of your tech career with a passion for IT and ready to develop your skills further. You’ll be providing front-line technical support, helping to resolve issues efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day first-line support to internal users and client end-users, both remotely and onsite.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues across a range of environments.
  • Support onboarding of new users, setup of workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Maintain accurate incident logging, documentation, and escalation where necessary.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service with clear, friendly communication.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider IT team to support projects and improvements.

  • Confident and articulate communicator with strong customer-service skills.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, including time in the office, working from home and attending client sites in London.

  • Commutable to London for office days and client site visits.
