You’ll support customers by providing efficient, effective solutions whether that’s setting up new accounts quickly or helping resolve queries for larger commercial clients. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll take ownership of each interaction, ensuring queries are resolved and challenges are handled smoothly so that homes and businesses across the UK receive the service they need, when they need it.
Day to day, you will:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and web chat
- Resolve a wide range of enquiries including account setup, billing queries, deliveries, and pricing
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive outcome every time
- Proactively follow up on outstanding queries and keep customers updated
- Process account changes, payments, and service requests accurately
- Build strong relationships with customers, delivering a high level of service at every touch point
