Elliot Thomas Consulting is delighted to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice to recruit a Senior Architectural Technologist for its growing Leeds studio. With over 35 years of experience, this respected practice has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, commercially driven design solutions across a wide range of sectors including residential, healthcare, commercial, retail, leisure, student accommodation and masterplanning. Their portfolio spans everything from large-scale residential developments and care facilities through to complex mixed-use and regeneration schemes.
As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will take a leading role in the technical delivery of projects across all RIBA stages. Working closely with architects, consultants and contractors, you will be responsible for coordinating detailed design information, leading technical packages, and ensuring successful project delivery from concept through to completion. This is a key role within the studio and would suit an experienced Technologist who is confident taking ownership of projects and enjoys working in a collaborative, delivery-focused environment.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
- Advanced Revit proficiency
- Proven ability to deliver projects across all RIBA stages
- Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to lead packages and support junior team members
