We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist or Sales Coach to help shape, develop and enhance the capability of a high-performing commercial workforce.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in improving sales performance, coaching effectiveness and employee development through engaging, measurable learning interventions.

The Role

As Learning & Development Specialist, you'll design, deliver and embed learning programmes that drive commercial performance and improve individual and team capability.

Working closely with sales leaders and managers, you'll identify development needs, implement coaching frameworks and ensure colleagues are equipped with the skills, knowledge and behaviors needed to succeed.

This is a highly visible role suited to someone who enjoys influencing stakeholders, delivering engaging training and measuring the impact of learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging learning and development programmes.
  • Provide one-to-one and group coaching to improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding and induction programmes.
  • Partner with managers to identify skills gaps and development opportunities.
  • Create practical coaching frameworks and learning pathways.
  • Support managers in becoming effective coaches and mentors.
  • Track learning effectiveness and performance outcomes.
  • Use data and insight to continually improve training delivery.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and accountability.

About You

  • Experience in Learning & Development, Training, Coaching or Sales Enablement.
  • Strong background within a B2B sales environment.
  • Experience supporting sales performance improvement.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management capability.
  • Confidence coaching individuals at all levels.
  • Ability to use data to drive learning decisions.
  • High levels of organization, resilience and initiative.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
