We are looking for an exceptional Data Migration Lead to drive the end‑to‑end migration for our Modular CRM programme. This is a pivotal role accountable for migration design, data quality, planning, and execution across a complex multi‑system landscape.
What you’ll own:
- Leadership of the full data migration workstream, from High‑Level Design through to cutover
- Definition of migration scope, historical data needs, transformation rules and sequencing across CRM, CPQ and downstream systems
- ETL pipeline design, build and unit testing, including staging, validation, reconciliation and audit processes
- Data quality strategy, including cleansing rules, deduplication logic and validation services
- Management of stakeholder validation and sign‑off, with clear oversight of constraints impacting phasing and cutover
What you’ll deliver:
- Migration High‑Level Design
- Data Mapping and Transformation Specifications
- Cleansing and Deduplication Rules
- Migration Reconciliation and Validation Framework
- Cutover Data Strategy
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience leading large‑scale data migrations
- Strong logical data modelling capability
- Hands‑on experience designing ETL/ELT migration pipelines
- Deep understanding of data quality, deduplication and audit processes
- Stakeholder management across both business and technology
- SQL and PowerShell expertise, plus experience with SQL Server
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Databricks and Azure data services such as ADLS Gen2 and Azure Data Factory
