We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a well-established domiciliary care service in Bristol. This is a stable, fully operational service delivering over 1,000 hours of care per week, with a healthy and established client base across Local Authority contracts, private packages, and live-in care provision. The key focus is driving growth, strengthening relationships, and developing the next phase of expansion. You will take full operational responsibility for the service, with a clear emphasis on growth, market development, and service diversification, while maintaining consistently high standards of care and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a stable domiciliary care service delivering 1,000+ hours weekly
- Drive sustainable growth across private, Local Authority, and live-in care packages
- Develop and maintain strong referral and commissioning relationships
- Ensure full CQC compliance and high-quality care delivery
- Lead, support, and develop a dedicated care team
