Made Possible Recruitment is exclusively recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a fast‑paced, growing privately owned business based in Birmingham. Reporting into the Finance Director, this position offers a well‑balanced mix of management and financial accounting responsibilities.

Day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Producing monthly accounts
  • Supporting KPI analysis post month‑end
  • Assisting with year‑end, budgeting and forecasting
  • Financial analysis
  • VAT returns
  • Maintaining the balance sheet
  • Cashflow forecasting
  • Supporting the wider business with informed decision‑making
