We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Designer to architect scalable ServiceNow solutions and drive design strategies for enterprise implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM modules
- Define architecture for Complaints Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical designs
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards
- Guide development teams and review technical deliverables
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow solution design/architecture
- Deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM frameworks
- Expertise in Problem, Complaints, and Knowledge Management processes
- Experience in designing scalable and integrated ServiceNow environments
- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
Preferred:
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CIS / Architect level)
- Experience in enterprise-level implementations
