We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Designer to architect scalable ServiceNow solutions and drive design strategies for enterprise implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM modules
  • Define architecture for Complaints Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical designs
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards
  • Guide development teams and review technical deliverables

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in ServiceNow solution design/architecture
  • Deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM frameworks
  • Expertise in Problem, Complaints, and Knowledge Management processes
  • Experience in designing scalable and integrated ServiceNow environments
  • Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CIS / Architect level)
  • Experience in enterprise-level implementations
