We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow (SNOW) Developer to design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM and ITOM
- Implement workflows for Problem Management, Complaints Management, and Knowledge Management
- Create and maintain scripts, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Enhance platform performance and ensure best practices in development
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Expertise in ITSM, ITOM
- Experience in Problem Management, Complaints Management, Knowledge Management
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
- Exposure to integrations and ServiceNow platform customization
Preferred:
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD)
- Agile/Scrum experience
