We’re hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer (UK-based) to join our growing technology team at Virtual College by Netex. With over 26 years in learning technologies, Netex is a global leader in building innovative workplace learning platforms. As we continue to scale internationally, this is a great opportunity to work on impactful products in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing, building, and maintaining high-quality, scalable applications
  • Developing features for our Learning Management System and e-commerce platform
  • Collaborating within Agile Scrum teams to deliver robust solutions
  • Troubleshooting issues, improving performance, and ensuring code quality
  • Supporting continuous improvement across systems, processes, and technology

Our tech stack includes: C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, JavaScript, React, HTML/CSS (plus evolving tools like Remix, Azure DevOps, and more)

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience with C# / ASP.NET Core and SQL Server
  • Solid front-end skills with JavaScript and React
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
