We're looking for an Account Manager to join our team and take on an existing portfolio of long-standing customers. This is a new role required due to growth in the business.
Virtual College provides online training and technology for customers across all sectors, but this role sits within our Safeguarding, Charities and Partnerships team, so an interest in the public and not for profit sectors would be advantageous.
Your job is to look after the clients working with us: renewing them, growing them and recommending improvements to the way they embed training.
This role is mostly account management, but not entirely.
When a new opportunity arises through a referral, an inbound lead, or an existing relationship, we want someone happy to run with it and spot further growth opportunities.
This is a hybrid role with two days based in our Leeds City Centre office.
The role is ideal for you if you've
- Had some experience in B2B account management or sales, ideally in e Learning, L&D or training
- Ideally worked with public or not for profit organisations and understand how they tick
- Got a commercial head, a consultative style and are genuinely good with people
This is a great step up for someone ready to grow into a rounded account management role.
