Key Responsibilities

  • Website & Marketplace Management – 1st Phase Focus
    • Manage the Surveys UK website (WordPress) and marketplace (drag-and-drop editor, no coding required)
    • Review and approve partner profiles submitted via the website
    • Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and SEO optimization
    • Liaise with marketplace partners for profile completion, troubleshooting, and ongoing communications
    • Enter and manage partner data in the CRM (Capsule)
  • Social Media & Content Support
    • Repurpose existing content (articles, podcasts, posts) for multiple channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, company pages
    • Edit content for public-facing posts (grammar, tone, formatting)
    • Schedule posts at appropriate UK times (primarily 7:00 AM weekdays)
    • Collaborate on content guidelines and approvals
  • Podcast Support
    • Assist with publishing podcast episodes (Buzzsprout)
    • Manage show notes and related administrative tasks
    • Repurpose podcast content for social media
  • Administrative Support
    • General support across various areas of the business
    • Track tasks, follow processes, and maintain documentation
    • Send end-of-day reports summarizing completed tasks and pending items
    • Maintain organization of ongoing projects and partner/client communications

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in WordPress, drag-and-drop website editors, and CMS platforms
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and scheduling tools (e.g., Publer)
  • Excellent written English skills for content editing
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes efficiently
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow step-by-step processes
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently
  • Flexible and collaborative in approach

Preferred Qualities

  • Previous experience supporting startups or online communities
  • Some awareness of professional industries or experience working with professional clients
  • Comfort handling multiple hats: website, social media, and administrative support

Work Arrangement

  • Remote and flexible schedule, with the expectation to post content according to UK time zones
