ROLE OVERVIEW: This is a hybrid role combining high-level administrative support (primary focus) and light social media posting support (secondary).
This role is NOT:
- A content strategist

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Inquiry Management
- Follow‑Up System ("Nudge" Process)
- Appointment & Clinical Diary Management
- Review Management
- WhatsApp & Virtual Landline Management

- Follow established posting routine
