What You\’ll Do
- Be a trusted adult and therapeutic role model to children aged 10-17
- Build deep, meaningful relationships that foster security and growth
- Create joyful, structured routines filled with fun, learning, and healing
- Work alongside onsite professionals in education and mental health
- Provide a consistent, calm presence through life\’s ups and downs
- Work shifts (including sleep-ins and alternate weekends) as part of a close-knit team
- Receive top-tier training, mentoring, and personal development
