Pay: £14 per hour + £70 per sleep‑in

Shifts: 10:00 – 23:00 + Sleep‑in 7:00 – 10:30

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We are looking for experienced Residential Support Workers to support two homes in Weston-super-Mare, caring for children aged 8‑18 years old. The children may have lived through trauma and need help to:

  • Understand and manage their emotions
  • Build and maintain positive relationships
  • Learn key life skills that set them up for success

You’ll need patience and a calm approach, working alongside them as they navigate teenage life. You will support the young people in the morning, getting them ready to access education, and support them in the evening and on social outings over the weekend. You will provide 24‑hour care in a warm, welcoming 3‑bedroom house.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience working with vulnerable children
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ideally DBS on the Update Service
