With over 550 vehicles on-site and a constant flow of appointments generated by our telesales and digital teams, our Hinckley branch is full of energy - and we’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to match it. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Giving customers a warm welcome and guiding them through their showroom journey
- Listening carefully to understand customer needs and recommending the perfect vehicle
- Arranging test drives and introducing value-added products and services
- Delivering exceptional service from first hello to final handshake
- Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous face-to-face sales experience, ideally in automotive or retail
- Motivation, energy, and a results-driven attitude
- Confident communication and negotiation skills
- A professional, customer-focused approach and attention to detail
