Hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday – Friday

Benefits: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

Location: Rural Tonbridge, you must be a driver due to the location

Responsibilities

  • Speaking with suppliers to resolve customer queries
  • Assisting customers with technical issues regarding their products
  • Ordering products directly with suppliers
  • Raising invoices
  • Updating the internal CRM system and accounts programme
  • Processing customer and internal stock order requests
  • Replying to customer queries within the support desk

Requirements

Strong customer service experience and an interest in technical support or similar are essential.
