Responsibilities
- Speaking with suppliers to resolve customer queries
- Assisting customers with technical issues regarding their products
- Ordering products directly with suppliers
- Raising invoices
- Updating the internal CRM system and accounts programme
- Processing customer and internal stock order requests
- Replying to customer queries within the support desk
Requirements
Strong customer service experience and an interest in technical support or similar are essential.
