Our client, a well-established business experiencing growth, is looking for a skilled and passionate Technical Advisor to join their expanding team and their recently updated contact centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support to Gas Safe registered engineers and end-users as part of the Service Technical team.
- Use your technical expertise to clearly interpret and explain complex information.
- Understand customer needs and offer professional, clear advice over the phone.
- Deliver world-class customer service while providing confident technical guidance.
- Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and excel in a target-driven environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
