About the Role
We are looking for caring, reliable Support Workers to join our team supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. You'll help people live independently, participate in their communities, and enjoy meaningful daily routines.
Location: RCT.
Salary: £12.66 - £12.78 p/h + Sleep ins.
Hours: Full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical, practical, and emotional support tailored to each person.
- Assist with personal care, household tasks, shopping, and food preparation.
- Encourage independence and community involvement.
- Support individuals with hobbies, education, and leisure activities.
- Follow Positive Behaviour Support Plans and maintain accurate records.
- Work flexibly as part of a team, including sleep-ins and weekend shifts.
What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Full UK driving licence (essential).
