Overview
Outreach Support Worker - £13.50 per hour + £60 per sleep-in. Permanent Position (initially temp). Female applicants only - due to the needs of the people you'll be supporting.
What you'll be doing
- You'll provide 1:1 outreach support, helping people maintain independence, build confidence, and enjoy meaningful activities.
- Many of our service users are active and enjoy being out and about - walks, social activities, and community involvement are all part of the role.
About You
- Manage complex needs with confidence and compassion.
- Support adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health issues.
- Work independently - experience in domiciliary care or lone working is highly desirable.
- Drive and have access to your own car.
- Communicate clearly in English - due to the needs of some service users.
- Be comfortable supporting younger, active individuals.
