Our client based in central Tunbridge Wells are expanding their team.

They are looking for an organised and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to join their busy team. This is a great opportunity for someone with scheduling or coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include

  • Planning and managing schedules for a team of engineers across the region
  • Ensuring routine and reactive visits are completed within SLA
  • Communicating with clients and engineers to resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Handling complaints and providing excellent customer service
  • Supporting with quotations and ad-hoc scheduling

They\’re looking for someone with scheduling experience, great communication skills, and the ability to stay calm, organised, and proactive under pressure.
