Our client based in central Tunbridge Wells are expanding their team.
They are looking for an organised and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to join their busy team. This is a great opportunity for someone with scheduling or coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include
- Planning and managing schedules for a team of engineers across the region
- Ensuring routine and reactive visits are completed within SLA
- Communicating with clients and engineers to resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Handling complaints and providing excellent customer service
- Supporting with quotations and ad-hoc scheduling
They\’re looking for someone with scheduling experience, great communication skills, and the ability to stay calm, organised, and proactive under pressure.
