Our client in Belfast is seeking a proactive and dedicated Sales Support Coordinator to join their dynamic Sales Team.
This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the drive to succeed in a supportive office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver top-quality customer service at all times
- Prepare quotes and process customer orders efficiently
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Support the wider sales team with reporting and administrative tasks
- Make outgoing (non-cold) calls to customers to build and maintain relationships
Essential Criteria
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Results-driven with a focus on service excellence
- A team player who thrives under pressure
- Sales-minded with a positive, can-do attitude
Desirable
- 2+ years in a sales or customer service role
