About The Role
We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join a supportive care team in the Ringstead (NN14) area. You will provide high‑quality, person‑centred support to individuals, helping them to live safely, independently, and with dignity. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about care and support work.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and practical support in line with individual care plans
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities and promoting independence
- Offering emotional support, reassurance, and companionship
- Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks
- Supporting with medication in line with training and policies (where applicable)
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately
- Working in line with safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, patient, and respectful approach
