We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our busy Family Law team on a temporary contract, with an immediate start required.
Key Responsibilities- Providing comprehensive secretarial support to fee earners within the Family Law department
- Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
- Managing diaries, appointments, and court deadlines
- Preparing and filing court bundles and legal documentation
- Handling client enquiries professionally and confidentially
- General administrative duties including file management and billing support
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary within Family Law (essential)
- Strong typing and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach
- Available to start immediately
