As our Office Administrator, you will be essential to keeping our office running smoothly. This is a varied, hands-on role where your efforts directly influence the efficiency of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- To accurately and efficiently process sales orders
- Printing of picking lists distribute to despatch department in a timely manner
- Accurate daily filing of sales order paperwork
- Timely running and processing of EDI system
- Maintenance of EDI system, Such as customer acknowledgements
- Ordering stationery
- Ordering office supplies
- Responsible for post
- Support the sales team with general admin duties
- To be diligent and professional in all dealings for the company and to bring any potential issues to the attention of the respective line manager
- Previous administrative experience
- Preferably educated to A level or equivalent
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
