The Role

As a Waking Night Support Worker / Carer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of residents throughout the night. You will provide reassurance, respond to any needs or incidents, and maintain a safe and settled environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care and emotional support during waking night shifts
  • Carry out regular checks to ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents
