About the role
We’re looking for an Appointment Setter to help our Marketing team connect with potential clients and keep our sales pipeline moving. If you’re great on the phone, comfortable reaching out to new people, and interested in the world of marketing, this job is for you. Your main goal will be to talk to prospects, see if they’re a good fit, and book calls/meetings for our sales manager – he will do the rest!
What you’ll do
- Make outbound calls to leads from our marketing campaigns, email lists, and inquiries.
- Chat with prospects to understand their marketing needs and see if they’re a good match.
- Schedule discovery calls or demos.
- Keep track of conversations and lead updates in our CRM.
- Give prospects a quick rundown of what we offer and answer basic questions.
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication skills – confident, friendly, and easy to talk to.
- Good organisation – can juggle multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly.
- Someone who can pitch ideas and persuade people in a genuine, helpful way.
- Problem-solver who can handle simple questions and point people in the right direction.
- Comfortable making lots of calls and staying positive even when people say, ‘not interested.’
