Responsibilities:

  1. Taking calls, and dealing with challenging queries
  2. Dealing with admin processes including correspondence, write offs, reports and checks
  3. Reviewing accounts
  4. Managing fines enforcement cases
  5. General enforcement work

Person Specification:

  1. Must have, and be able to demonstrate, experience with Excel
  2. Previous administration experience
  3. Customer service experience (desirable)

In house training will be provided.

If successful, you will need to provide three years of referencing information as well as consent for Brook Street to conduct a disclosure check.
