Overview

We are hiring Factory / Production Operators to join a busy fish processing site in Ross-shire. You will be part of a busy team preparing, processing, and packing fish products to high quality and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operating factory machinery safely
  • Preparing and packing fish products
  • Maintaining food hygiene & safety standards
  • Carrying out quality checks
  • Daily production targets as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Factory or food production experience helpful but not essential
  • Knife skills a bonus
  • Reliable, hardworking, and flexible

  • Comfortable working in a cold environment
