Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Dispatch Assistant to join their busy operations team on a full-time temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with great communication skills and a hands-on attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and assisting with customer tracking queries
- Liaising with courier companies regarding deliveries and collections
- Supporting the dispatch team with labelling and order preparation
- Performing general administrative tasks as required
Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Confidence in speaking with both customers and couriers
- Previous experience in a dispatch or administrative role (desirable, not essential)
