Brook Street is working with a growing client in the Automotive industry that is seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a Full-Time basis for a Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months)

Main Duties

  • To manage inbound service bookings from customers.
  • To take calls relating to maintenance and book into system.
  • To make outbound calls to customers and upsell where possible.
  • To provide quotations to customer base.
