We're looking for a driven Client Success Manager with proven sales experience to grow revenue across our lapsed and existing accounts. This role blends relationship management with proactive selling - owning accounts, closing deals, and delivering outstanding service while representing the brand at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities- Grow sales revenue within the house client base
- Act as the main point of contact and deliver first-contact resolution
- Chase quotes, close orders, and secure deposits and balance payments
- Manage orders end-to-end, including shipping updates and follow-ups
- Resolve client issues quickly and professionally
- Maximise touchpoints using approved sales techniques
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client communications
- Represent the brand professionally at all times
- Support and attend domestic and international trade shows
- Proven sales experience (essential)
- Confident communicator by phone and email
- Strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset
- Highly organised and KPI-driven
- Working fully onsite in East Sussex, this role is 4 days a week Monday to Thursday 8am - 5.30pm for 2 months while training then the hours will be 11am - 9pm
