Overview
Location: Coatbridge
Monday - Friday, shift pattern 06:00 - 14:30 and 14:30 - 22:00, these alternate weekly. You may be required to work occasional Saturday mornings, paid as overtime.
Basic Salary - £29,100+ for 40 hours, overtime for any extra.
Responsibilities:
- Key member of a two person production team, working alongside the Assistant Supervisor to manage daily production tasks, vehicle loading and unloading, and material reception within a busy dry mortar factory.
- Operate counterbalanced forklift truck and mobile plant to assist in manufacturing operations.
- Load raw materials within the factory.
- Carry out quality assurance testing on finished product in a laboratory environment.
- Assist in factory maintenance operations.
- Prepare silo equipment ready for dispatch to customers' site.
Qualifications:
- FLT licence
- Shovel in house licence advantageous but not essential, as training will be given.
- Full driving licence essential.
- A well organised approach and a willingness to excel.
