Brook Street Social Care are proud to be in partnership with an ever-expanding children's residential provider with homes across Wales and the North West of England who are seeking Registered Managers within the Chester area. This organisation has a goal to give the young people in their care hope for the future, regardless of their complex needs. They achieve this through innovative person-led care tailored to empower each individual. While ensuring clinical requirements are fully met, they develop customised packages focused on enabling young people to achieve their developmental milestones, plan for adulthood, and set up future success.
We are recruiting for 2 Registered Managers within the Chester area to complete the Ofsted registration and set up the home ready to bring in the young people who truly need the right, children-centred care. You would have the opportunity to truly put your own stamp and passion into the home.
Responsibilities:
- Hold a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or be working towards it
- Hold 2 years experience within a Deputy Manager position in children's residential settings
- Have direct experience with EBD and challenging behaviours
- Proven experience of successful management and leadership skills
