**Position Details:**
- Location: Sheffield
- Hours: 550 hours per week
- Salary: £28,000 – £29,000

**Purpose of the Role:**
- Support the Registered Manager in managing the Home Care business daily, ensuring compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures for the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
- Collaborate with senior management and colleagues to develop and improve Home Care services, making it a provider and workplace of choice.
- Lead the Care Support Workers to enable them to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
**Responsibilities:**
- Stay updated with relevant regulations, legislation, and best practices in care provision.
- Communicate policies, practices, and business goals effectively.
- Lead the home care team to ensure effective management, staff development, and excellent client care.
- Assess client care needs, plan, and implement appropriate care in consultation with clients, families, and the care team.
- Review client needs and service delivery regularly.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client care.
**Qualifications:**
- Level 3 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent is essential.
- Full driving license and access to own vehicle.
**Experience:**
- At least two years\’ experience in Health and Social Care.
- Minimum one year in a senior or leadership role.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
