About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a growing domiciliary care branch in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well‑established organisation that operates across England and Wales, with strong plans for growth in South Wales.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of home care services to adults in the community.
- Ensure compliance with CIW standards and company policies.
- Manage and support a team of care coordinators and care staff.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a domiciliary care setting (essential).
- Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager (preferred).
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Adults) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of CIW regulations and compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
