Responsibilities
- To deal with queries from new and existing customers on vehicles.
- To advise on finance and payment plans where necessary.
- To assist with leads through multiple channels and present relevant range.
- To manage handover process relating to vehicles, ensuring fully compliant.
- To maintain an up-to-date and accurate knowledge of product range.
