Are you a customer service advisor looking for your next temporary role? I am currently looking for enthusiastic and committed Customer Services Advisors on behalf of my client in Borehamwood.
Role details
This role is a full time temporary role (36 hours per week) for around 12 weeks paying £14.90 per hour.
Responsibilities
- The main duties: answering calls and emails from the public in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow enquiries through to completion wherever possible and deliver the service to high standards of customer care.
- Undertake any follow-up administrative work associated with the operation of the Customer Service Centre.
- Update Customer Service Centre information systems as required.
Hours and location
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.15pm and Friday 9am to 5pm. There is parking on site but my client is also accessible on public transport.
