About The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our operations. This is a key role within the business, providing administrative, coordination, and process support to ensure orders, deliveries, and installations run efficiently and on schedule. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and confident communicating with suppliers, internal teams, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update delivery schedules and order information using Google Sheets
- Act as the main point of contact for direct supplier deliveries, resolving any issues that arise
- Record and track action points from weekly Operations Meetings
- Issue end-of-day invoicing to the Accounts team in line with required cut-off times
- Book standard deliveries and installation appointments with clients
- Prepare and organise paperwork for fitters and installation teams
- Handle general administrative customer enquiries related to orders, deliveries, and installations
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using spreadsheets (Google Sheets or similar)
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
