The company specialises in high-precision, high-temperature furnaces used across industrial and laboratory sectors, supplying clients throughout the UK and internationally.

Your Role
As Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of thermal processing equipment to customers in scientific, industrial, and research environments. You\’ll focus on both domestic and international sales, while managing complex technical projects from initial enquiry through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and develop business opportunities across the UK and selected international markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with direct clients, dealers, and distributors.
- Promote and present products to customers across various technical sectors.
- Manage the life cycle of custom furnace projects – from concept and design to delivery.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop effective sales and market strategies.
- Travel for client visits and support, both in the UK and internationally.
What We\’re Looking For
- Educational background in Science or Engineering (preferred).
- Previous experience in technical sales, ideally within engineering, industrial, or laboratory equipment.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
