Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client to recruit telephone Customer Service Agents on a full-time and permanent basis.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will work from home and be the first point of contact for the company’s clients and partners.
Your responsibilities will include dealing with queries from these organizations, liaising internally with other departments, and developing an in-depth knowledge of the company\’s products and services.
Duties
- Taking inbound calls from clients and collaborating with teams across the business.
- Handling a variety of queries, especially analyzing clients’ payments-related issues.
- Assisting with disputes and providing sustainable solutions.
- Maintaining knowledge of all systems’ functionalities.
- Providing first-class customer service to clients.
Details of Role
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 22:00.
- One Saturday per month is required.
- The starting salary is £26,000 per annum, with an additional £60 per month to cover work-from-home costs.

Criteria
- Must have a background in hospitality; call center experience is not considered.
- No job hopping; applicants should have a solid work history.
- Must be PC literate with strong communication skills.
Note: The role is only open to applicants currently residing in Northern Ireland due to onsite training requirements. Applicants from outside Northern Ireland will not be considered.
