Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring efficient delivery of accounting services.
- Prepare financial statements and management accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering proactive financial advice.
- Assist clients with bookkeeping and accounting software, particularly Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing training and support.
- Identify opportunities for improving clients' financial processes and provide recommendations.
Key Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified or QBE (Qualified by Experience).
- Experience in managing and mentoring junior staff within a practice.
