On behalf of our client, we’re looking for an exceptional Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to join our Executive Leadership Team and partner closely with the CEO as they continue to scale their £100m omnichannel fashion business. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance and organisational effectiveness across a business with an established international wholesale network and a fast-growing direct-to-consumer channel.

The CFO will lead our core operational functions, including Finance, Operations, Logistics and IT, ensuring the business has the people, systems and processes to support the next phase of growth.

You should come from a retail, wholesale or DTC background, ideally an apparel or fashion retail brand. We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Executive leadership experience within fashion, retail or consumer brands
  • A strong financial and commercial background with proven P&L responsibility
  • Experience managing and scaling omnichannel businesses across wholesale and DTC
  • A track record of improving operational performance, profitability and business efficiency
  • The ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on and execution focused
  • A collaborative leadership style with experience building high-performing teams
  • Knowledge of privately owned businesses that have been part of a VC/PE process also highly valued
