Executive Search Intern – C-Suite Recruitment (Sports, Fashion & Outdoor)

With offices in Miami, the UK, and Dubai, we work with global brands and high-growth businesses to secure top-tier leadership talent. We are seeking three ambitious post-graduate interns to support our Recruitment Directors in each geography. Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Research: Assist in identifying and engaging top C-suite candidates, conduct market analysis, talent mapping and support headhunting efforts.

Candidate & Client Engagement: Help screen senior candidates, prepare executive reports, and participate in client meetings.

Business Development & Operations: Track industry trends, assist in client pitches, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.

Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, writing and posting of job ads on our company website and LinkedIn, and supporting with invoice and financial management tasks.

Marketing & Branding: -Organise intro decks, gather industry news for our social media posts and assist in content creation.

Who We’re Looking For

Ideal candidate is a recent graduate and holding a degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Sports Management, or related fields. Passion for Sports, Fashion, and Outdoor industries, exceptional communication and research skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). Excellent time management skills and proficient in Word and Excel. A least 1 years experience within a customer facing based role with experience in executive search, consulting, or talent acquisition preferred but not required.
